The Vandals are a very poor defensive team allowing 269 yards through the air and 35 1/2 points per game. They ended their season with three straight losses including a 52-49 defeat at home to Utah St to close out their regular season. Bowling Green comes in winners of 4 straight. This is a good angle in bowl games to fade the teams coming in on losing streaks and take the team on winning streaks entering their bowl games. Take the Falcons.

The Georgia Bulldogs are in a bit of turmoil with their coaching staff. Head coach Mark Richt was forced to fire some of his assistant coaches including his defensivel coordinator. The terminated assistants have chosen not to coach this game. Texas A&M is an explosive offense averaging 465 yards a game and 34 points. Jerrod Johnson has played well at quarterback for the Aggies this season hitting on 61% of his passes with 28 touchdowns and 6 interceptions. Johnson passed for 342 yards on the Aggies in the teams final game of the season. Georgia will not be excited playing in this game and these young kids are not going to like to see some of their assistants fired in season. Bet the underdog.
