College football picks for Friday Night Football on ESPN is taking the Toledo Rockets +4 against the Colorado Buffaloes. Colorado under head coach Dan Hawkins have come in with poor efforts following their games against in state rival Colorado St during his tenure as coach. Toledo moved the ball very well against Purdue last week and will cover this number against the offensively challenged Buffaloes.
