College football picks will side with the Alabama Crimson Tide -4 1/2 points against the Texas Longhorns. When Texas quarterback Colt McCoy faced off with the two toughest defenses on his schedule the team could only produce just 13 points against Nebraska and 16 against Oklahoma. Texas is a bit too one dimensional as they have not run the ball well against quality opponents. The Big 12 conference was loaded with quarterback turnover and the play has not been that good. The Lonhorns played an extremely weak non-conference schedule as well. Alabama has more balance to their offense and will make enough plays on offense to cover this spread. Take the Tide.
